Terms of Service

AllApps is created and run by Vladyslav Havrylash, Ukraine (“we”). By using it you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

The service

AllApps is a public gallery of mobile apps. You paste the link to an app’s public App Store or Google Play listing, preview how its card will look, and publish it. There are no accounts.

What you can submit

Submit apps you made, or that you are otherwise entitled to promote. We read the public listing to show its name, icon and Store links; those belong to their owners and are shown only to point people to the app. Don’t submit apps that are illegal, deceptive, hateful, or that infringe someone’s rights. We don’t endorse any listed app, and we are not responsible for what it does.

Card backgrounds and pricing

• The Icon colour background is free.
• Glyph Ember, Horizon Bloom and Ring Field are premium. Each unlock costs $10 USD, once, for one app, and covers any of the three. Applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.
• You can preview every background for free. Publishing a premium background needs a paid unlock. An unlock is used when an app is published with it; if publishing fails, it isn’t used.
• A premium background changes how your app’s card looks. It doesn’t promise views, downloads or a particular position in the gallery.

Payments

Orders are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, who handles payment, tax and refunds. Paddle’s checkout buyer terms apply to your purchase. Our Refund Policy explains refunds: 14 days, full refund.

Capacity and availability

The gallery has limited room, currently 1,000 apps. When it is full, publishing is unavailable and we won’t ask you to pay. We aim to keep the service running but provide it “as is”, and it may change or pause without notice.

Removal

We may remove any app or card that breaks these terms, is reported by its rightful owner, or that we reasonably decide doesn’t belong. If you own an app or are its rightful representative and want it removed, write to hi@allapps.si with the link. If we remove an app for a reason that isn’t your fault, we will refund a premium unlock used on it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, AllApps isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for anything connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer, or liability that can’t be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. If you are a consumer, this doesn’t take away the mandatory consumer-protection rights of the country where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.
